FastLegal Technologies built Sanstha ERP because temples deserve better than Excel

FastLegal Technologies Private Limited is a legal-technology company based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We build compliance software for Indian institutions.

Sanstha ERP — available at sanstha.fastlegal.in — is our management software for temples, charitable trusts and NGOs. It handles 80G receipts, trustee contribution tracking, expense vouchers, bank reconciliation and audit-ready financial reports.

India has over 5 lakh registered temples, trusts and NGOs. Most of them manage their accounts in a mix of paper registers, WhatsApp messages and an Excel sheet that nobody fully understands. When the auditor arrives, there is a scramble. When a trustee disputes a contribution, there is no record. When a donor needs their 80G receipt months later, the file is missing.

Sanstha ERP was built to solve this — not for large temple trusts with full-time accountants, but for the committee-managed mandir run by a retired engineer who is also the de-facto treasurer, the neighbourhood trust whose secretary manages accounts from their phone, and the small NGO that cannot afford a CA on retainer.

FastLegal Technologies is a legal-tech company. Compliance is not a feature we added to Sanstha ERP — it is the reason we built it.
