Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for or using Sanstha ERP at sanstha.fastlegal.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service on behalf of your institution. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between your institution ("you") and FastLegal Technologies Private Limited ("Sanstha ERP", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India.

2. The service

Sanstha ERP provides cloud-based management software for temples, charitable trusts and NGOs registered in India. Features include donation recording, 80G receipt generation, expense management, trustee tracking and financial reporting.

Sanstha ERP is a management and record-keeping tool. It is not a substitute for professional legal or tax advice. You are responsible for verifying that receipts, reports and filings generated by Sanstha ERP meet the specific requirements of your institution's registration and the applicable law at the time of use.

3. Accounts and access

• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Each login must correspond to a real individual affiliated with your institution. Sharing logins between multiple institutions is not permitted.
• You must promptly notify us at support@fastlegal.in if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or are being misused.

4. Data ownership

You own your data. All donation records, donor details, receipts, expense records and reports entered into Sanstha ERP remain the property of your institution. Sanstha ERP does not claim any ownership over your institution's financial data.

You may export all your data in standard formats (CSV, PDF) from the dashboard at any time. Upon account closure, we will provide a full data export and delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Sanstha ERP for any institution that is not a registered temple, charitable trust, NGO or similar religious/charitable body
• Enter false, fabricated or misleading financial records
• Attempt to access another institution's data or circumvent access controls
• Reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute any part of the Sanstha ERP software
• Use Sanstha ERP to generate fraudulent 80G receipts or donor statements

Breach of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Subscription, billing and refunds

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Annual subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable after 30 days from the billing date.
• Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing date; no partial refunds are issued for the current period.
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. Contact support@fastlegal.in within 30 days of your first payment to request a full refund.

7. Service availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unplanned downtime.

We reserve the right to modify features or pricing with 30 days' notice to registered users. If a material change adversely affects you, you may cancel your subscription and receive a pro-rated refund for any unused period.

8. Limitation of liability

Sanstha ERP is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, FastLegal Technologies Private Limited's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including penalties arising from incorrect tax filings if you have not verified the outputs with your CA or tax consultant.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
